ModCloth Becomes Vintage Powerhouse!

If you've never heard of ModCloth, then you've never needed vintage clothing! They offer a wide range of vintage inspired, reasonably price clothing for all sizes. Starting out as a small online boutique, they have now gradually grown into a multi-million dollar online megahouse!

Bloomberg Businessweek (BB) has reported that ModCloth made well over $100 million dollars (according to Chief Executive Officer of ModCloth, Eric Koger, 29.) in sales last year and BB goes on to report:

"'What really sets us apart is this marriage of art and science, left brain and right brain,” said Susan, 28, the chief creative officer. E-commerce companies “don’t really get the fashion” and the world’s top clothing designers “don’t have that analytical background” to compete online, she said."
ModCloth attributes it's success to the renovation and focus on mobile shoppers. As BB reports, they are  "turning smartphones into vintage clothing boutiques and using customer feedback to decide which items to stock. "
Check out Bloomberg Businessweek's full article on the vintage mecca here. And here are a few items you can find on ModCloth:
Plus Sizes - Soda Fountain Dress in GingerSwimwear - Never Been Better One PieceTops - Drop Ivory Thing TopMaxi - Long and Wine-ding Road Dress
What do you think? Have you ever shopped at ModCloth? Do you rock vintage looks?
Stay Fab! <3
