Unless you're sleeping under a rock, I'm sure you've seen a Shoedazzle or Just Fab commercial offering shoes and accessories at an awesome price when you join their club. The good news is that those commercials will be even better! The two e-tailers are joining forces and combining their 33 million customers to give you even more awesomeness!
The 2 Los Angeles based companies were said to be in talks of the merger for about 3 months and finally came to an agreement to join forces, but remain separate brands. When you think about fashion women always want choice,” Adam Goldenberg, co-CEOs with ShoeDazzle explains. “Two separate brands we appeal to a much wider membership base. That will not change." One major changes to Shoedazzle includes the much anticipated international expansion.
